Nuestro Director Legal Senior dirigirá un equipo dinámico de abogados responsables de todos los asuntos jurídicos de la región, al tiempo que contribuirá a las iniciativas jurídicas a nivel mundial. El objetivo principal del puesto es respaldar el desarrollo y las operaciones de los hoteles de las marcas Premium, Midscale y Economy de Accor, así como impulsar el crecimiento y el desarrollo empresarial de la empresa en toda la región NHAM. Si bien este es el objetivo principal, este puesto también prestará apoyo a todas las demás áreas de la sede central.
El puesto incluye la redacción y negociación de acuerdos de gestión hotelera (HFA) y de gestión de marcas (HMA), así como de contratos relacionados, además de la gestión y orientación de un equipo regional de abogados. También se espera que el director jurídico sénior aborde una amplia gama de cuestiones, entre las que se incluyen la gestión de conflictos, la mitigación de riesgos y la formación de socios comerciales internos.
El puesto requiere una persona capaz de estructurar, gestionar y negociar transacciones transfronterizas; comunicar asuntos jurídicos de forma clara y pragmática a las partes interesadas del negocio; supervisar al equipo jurídico y dar instrucciones a los asesores externos cuando sea necesario; desenvolverse en diversos entornos jurídicos y culturales en toda la región de NHAM; y relacionarse de forma eficaz con los propietarios, sus asesores, los organismos reguladores y las partes interesadas internas
