Job Description

 

Scope Of Position

 

As a Changing Room Attendant, you play a vital role in supporting the Spa Butler team in delivering a seamless, discreet, and exceptional guest experience. You are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation within all changing areas, ensuring they consistently reflect a Forbes Five-Star and LQA luxury environment.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, anticipation of guest needs, and a proactive, intuitive approach to service, ensuring every guest feels recognised, cared for, and completely at ease.

Responsibilities

 

Operation

 

  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation of all changing facilities, including lockers, showers, toilets, steam rooms, and relaxation lounges (B1 & B4)
  • Conduct regular and thorough checks to ensure all areas are fully stocked, immaculately presented, and fully operational
  • Replenish towels, robes, slippers, and amenities promptly and proactively
  • Ensure all surfaces, floors, and wet areas are consistently clean, dry, and safe, adhering to health, safety, and luxury standards
  • Uphold presentation standards that always reflect a Forbes Five-Star and LQA environment
  • Support the butlers with any front of house or back of house duties as deemed necessary.
