Role Description:

The General Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Hanoi is responsible for managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

• Drive the hotel’s financial success and guest satisfaction by exceeding key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop revenue generating strategies for the hotel
