Connected to the Convention Center, it’s just steps from Cleveland’s key nightlife & entertainment district. The Hilton Cleveland Downtown provides a dynamic and professional setting for team members to grow their hospitality careers. Guests will soon be able to book access to The Club at Hilton, a premium, hosted club designed to elevate guests meet, focus, relax and refuel, featuring elevated dining, curated coffee service and thoughtfully designed areas for quiet work or collaborative conversation.

The ideal Lead Cook candidate is a culinary professional with a passion for elevated, high‑quality culinary experiences. They bring a minimum of two years of restaurant experience, preferably within high-end or fine dining environments, and have at least one year in a leadership or supervisory role.
This individual thrives in a premium, guest‑focused setting and understands the importance of consistency, presentation, and refined service. They are flexible, dependable, and able to work independently, supporting the daily culinary operations of this new, private club experience.
Full-Time
Pay Rate: $23.14 per hour
Shift Pattern: PM including weekends and holidays

As a Lead Cook, you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
