THE IMPACT OF THIS POSITION

The Villas Manager will be responsible for the Villas Department in the absence of the Director of Butlers and Villas. Their support in the administration and organization of the department’s human and material resources is essential for the department’s smooth operation. Additionally, due to their in‑depth operational knowledge, the Villas Manager is capable of performing and assisting Villa Hosts in their duties whenever necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the highest level of guest service quality, consistently demonstrating warmth, courtesy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Ensure all check‑in and check‑out procedures are carried out efficiently and with the utmost courtesy.
• Keep the guest calendar updated and aligned with reservations in Opera.
• Build guest relations in order to gather relevant information and accurately update guest profiles in Opera.
• Ensure the team has the necessary supplies and resources to support daily operations.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• General knowledge of all operational areas related to the position, including Front Desk, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.
• Thorough knowledge of LQA, Forbes Travel Guide, FHR, and Centurion standards in order to train and provide effective feedback to Villa Hosts.
• Proficiency in the systems required for the role, including: Opera, Alliants, Sertifi, Outlook, E‑SASA, ABRHIL, and TRANSAKCIO.
