POSITION SUMMARY
As our Junior Sous Chef, you will be part of the kitchen’s leadership team, combining hands-on cooking with operational and team support. Your responsibilities will include:
Service & Delivery:
Supporting daily service and ensuring consistent standards across all sections.
Menu Support:
Assisting with menu development and preparation of new dishes.
Kitchen Operations:
Helping oversee workflow, hygiene, and compliance with 5-star standards.
Team Support:
Training and guiding junior staff while promoting teamwork.
Quality Control:
Ensuring presentation, taste, and consistency meet expectations.
Who You Are:
You are an ambitious culinary professional with:
Experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a hotel or resort
A passion for quality ingredients and technique.
The confidence to lead when required.
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
A desire to grow into a senior chef role.
