The Sales Advisor at Club by Meliá is the brand’s commercial ambassador, responsible for offering consultative sales experiences focused on understanding customer needs and providing them with the best solution.
The Guest Concierge is the first ambassador of Club by Meliá, responsible for offering an exceptional and friendly service, using every contact with the guest as an opportunity to create a connection, inspire trust and spark interest in learning about the benefits of Circle by Meliá.
Their mission is to transform hospitality into a personalized and authentic experience, naturally generating business opportunities and contributing to the success of the sales team.

Who you will be working with:
You will work closely with the Hotel, its reception department to identify potential guests interested in our service, and with the Sales area to provide support to guests throughout their stay at the hotel.
While the Guest Concierge focuses on building trust, inviting, and pre-qualifying guests, the Sales Advisor leads the presentation, negotiation, and closing of the sale. This synergy ensures an exceptional experience for both the guest and the marketing and sales team.
