Job Mission: You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchens, ensuring that equipment and utensils are always ready for use, contributing to the efficient operation of the culinary team and compliance with the hotel’s luxury standards.
What will you have to do?
– Wash and disinfect kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, and glassware used during service.
– Clean and maintain work areas in optimal condition, including sinks, floors, shelves, and kitchen equipment.
– Properly manage waste and ensure compliance with the hotel’s recycling and sustainability procedures. – Assist in storing utensils and equipment, ensuring their organization and availability to the kitchen team.
– Check and ensure the good condition of assigned cleaning tools and equipment.
– Support the kitchen team with simple tasks as needed.
– Comply with the hotel’s established hygiene and food safety standards.
What are we looking for?
– Previous experience in a similar role, especially in high-end hotels or restaurants, is preferred.
– We are looking for a responsible, organized individual with strong teamwork skills.
– We are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to cleanliness and order. – We are capable of performing physical tasks and working in fast-paced environments.
– We are available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
– Basic knowledge of Spanish or English is not required, but it is a plus.
