La Encargada de Habitaciones tiene bajo su responsabilidad surtir su carro con los elementos necesarios para desarrollar su plan de trabajo diario; realizar los procedimientos de limpieza y desinfección bajo los protocolos actuales en las habitaciones ocupadas, salidas y en mantenimiento cumpliendo los estándares de servicio, calidad y lujo; reportar cualquier daño y/o defecto que sea detectado en habitaciones y/o áreas por las que se traslada durante su turno; hacer buen uso de los elementos de trabajo; tener especial atención y cuidado del detalle en cuanto a la limpieza y orden se refiere; realizar reporte de estado de habitaciones; mantener su área de trabajo y herramientas limpias y siempre ubicadas en los espacios destinados para este fin.
