Reservations Agent

As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests planning their stay. You will deliver exceptional service by handling reservation inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and a personalized approach, ensuring every guest interaction reflects Forbes Five-Star standards.

What you will be doing:

• Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner
• Provide detailed information about rooms, rates, packages, and hotel services
• Accurately input, modify, and manage reservations in the Property Management System (e.g., Opera Cloud)
• Maximize revenue opportunities through upselling and promoting hotel offerings
