Job Description

 

**As our next Front Office Team Leader, you…**

  • Are the ‘face of’ The Ibis London Canning Town – think of yourself as our guests’ first smile and last goodbye! You’ll extend a warm welcome to everyone who walks through our doors, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do whilst adding your own personal flair to their stay.
  • Guide and support your team like a seasoned pro, supervising hotel operations and helping team members absolutely crush their tasks whilst spotting brilliant opportunities for improvement and training along the way. Consider yourself part coach, part cheerleader!
  • Sharpen your sales skills and help your team deliver world-class results that’ll make everyone proud.
  • Champion the hotel’s targets with enthusiasm and drive, turning goals into wins. You’re the energy that keeps the team fired up and motivated!
  • Bring your A-game to guest relations. If you’re confident, adaptable, and brilliant at recognising all guests, especially those who need that extra special touch, join our team today!
  • Build strong working relationships across all departments, keeping the communication flowing smoothly between night and day shifts so nothing falls through the cracks. You’re the glue that holds everything together!
