Job mission
As Assistant Chief Engineer , your purpose will be to support the Chief Engineer in coordinating and executing technical tasks, ensuring the proper functioning of the facilities and contributing to the hotel’s energy efficiency and safety. Your work will be key to guaranteeing operational continuity and an exceptional guest experience.
What will you have to do?
These will be your main responsibilities:
- Supervision and execution of maintenance:
Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. - Critical facilities management:
Ensure the continuity of supply of main facilities such as air conditioning, hot and cold water, and electricity. - Regulatory compliance and safety:
Perform tasks related to technical and legal regulations and collaborate in the correction of incidents, including fire prevention procedures. - Energy control and sustainability
Participate in the implementation of energy efficiency policies and projects, as well as in the measurement and control of energy, water and waste consumption. - Coordination with suppliers and third parties.
Supervise work of external companies, collaborate in inventories and ensure the correct operation of warehouses and materials. - Reporting and management support:
Collaborate in the preparation of energy consumption reports and support in the management of schedules, breaks and attendance of technical staff.

- Languages : Spanish (required) and English (desirable).
- Experience : Minimum 1 year in similar positions in the hotel sector.
