MISSION: Responsible for supervising the front-of-house staff at the Sumendi Restaurant, located in the Meliá Bilbao Hotel. This includes ensuring their uniformity, professional appearance, and discipline, guaranteeing efficient performance and attentive customer service. The role also involves ensuring compliance with established procedures and quality standards to achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Higher vocational qualification and/or university degree, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality, or similar. Training in oenology/viticulture is a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in fine dining restaurants

• Advanced English. Additional languages ​​will be valued.

• Knowledge of the latest trends in dining room/som service, cost management and stock control

• Knowledge of REVO, and POS system operation, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to work in a team, service orientation, quality and professionalism.
