Hilton is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager with a strong business mindset and a well-rounded approach to hotel sales. This role is responsible for managing lead response, driving pipeline activity, cultivating new business opportunities, conducting site visits, and developing proposals and contracts. The Sales Manager will also support corporate group accounts while actively prospecting within the San Diego market, with a focus on groups requiring 51+ rooms on peak nights.
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
Salary range for this role will be $75,000 – $100,000
Sales Incentive
Hilton offers a best-in market SIP (Short-Term Incentive Plan) to our Sales, Catering & Events teams to reward our employees for their contributions to our company’s financial success. The Plan includes a quarterly component worth 20% of bonus eligible earnings. The quarterly incentive may have multiple individually weighted objectives, meaning multiple opportunities to earn a payout.
