About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Corporate Office in Hong Kong, within the Technology & AI Transformation function, the Technology & AI Transformation PMO Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery and governance of Mandarin Oriental’s Technology & AI transformation initiatives while providing executive enablement support to the CIO and Technology Leadership Team.

The Technology & AI Transformation PMO Analyst reports to the IT Transformation Lead.

As Technology & AI Transformation PMO Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support delivery of Technology & AI transformation initiatives by bringing structure, discipline, and visibility to the portfolio
• Track programme and project status including milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, benefits, and outcomes
• Produce clear, executive-ready portfolio reporting, dashboards, and materials
• Maintain high-quality programme documentation and governance artefacts
• Identify opportunities to improve alignment, delivery efficiency, and value realisation across initiatives
• Support change and engagement activities, including communications, training coordination, and adoption tracking
• Analyse data and insights to support enterprise prioritisation, sequencing, and capacity planning
