Room Attendant

As a Room Attendant, you take pride in delivering high standards and creating a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. You are detail-oriented, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

You understand that every detail matters and that your work has a direct impact on the guest experience. You will:

• Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring comfort, cleanliness and presentation
• Prepare rooms for guest arrivals, paying close attention to detail and brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of corridors, service areas and public spaces as required
• Replenish amenities, linens and supplies in line with hotel standards
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality
• Support the housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow all health & safety and hygiene procedures at all time

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is beneficial but not essential
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards
• A positive, Yes I Can! attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational and time management skills
• A team player with a supportive and reliable approach
• Basic English skills; knowledge of Icelandic is an advantage
