Job mission:

Perform the tasks assigned to you by the Engineering Manager, in accordance with the instructions and standards received.

What will you have to do?

• Identify and propose improvements that optimize efficiency in your job.
• Identify investment needs related to the Risk Management Plan and forward them to the person in charge.
• Perform assigned tasks related to compliance with technical and legal regulations following the guidelines received.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work, in accordance with the instructions received, meeting the established standards of quality, time, safety and aesthetics.
• Perform corrective maintenance tasks following defined standards of quality, time, safety and aesthetics.
• To be part of the fire brigade, responding to any alarm signal and acting according to established procedures to safeguard the integrity of guests, employees and hotel property.
• Participate in maintenance warehouse inventories to ensure their proper management.
• Take daily energy consumption readings to ensure the efficient use of facilities.

What are we looking for?

• Maintenance technician with experience in public buildings (hotels, hospitals, etc.).
• Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, refrigeration and painting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, according to the hospitality agreement, including weekends and holidays.
