DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER

The Melia Paris La Défense Hotel is seeking its next talent for a Management Trainee position. This unique opportunity offers the chance to gain practical experience in a 364-room hotel located in the heart of La Défense, working alongside the General Manager and directly contributing to the development of operations and the guest experience.

Main tasks:

• Participating in short-term projects in the areas of customer experience, food and beverage, and monitoring the renovation of spaces
• Contribute to the hotel evaluation and the implementation of initiatives to improve operations
• Collaborating closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams on strategic projects
• Gain practical experience in hotel management, event organization, and best operational practices.

Desired profile:

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
• Motivated to contribute to several areas of hotel operations
• Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
• Interest in hotel management, customer experience and operational excellence
