We are currently seeking Part-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team at Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park. Reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Executive Housekeeper, you will play a key role in leading daily housekeeping operations, supporting and developing team members, maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards, and ensuring a safe, efficient and seamless guest experience across our dual-branded hotel. As our next Housekeeping Supervisor, your duties will include:

• Oversee and assist with managing the in-house Housekeeping Department.
• Allocate and organise daily room assignments and team responsibilities.
• Ensure guest rooms are cleaned, inspected and released in a timely manner to meet arrival and check-in requirements.
• Perform detailed room inspections to ensure brand excellence is upheld.
• Lead by example in promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring safe work practices are followed, hazards are identified and reported, and housekeeping team members comply with all WHS policies and procedures.
• Support roster planning and operational efficiency.
• Support housekeeping management in administrative tasks including tracking learning & development participations
• Coach, mentor and train Public Area Attendants, Housepersons and Room Attendant team members in line with brand standards
