Chef de Partie – Pastamara

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes in your designated section, maintaining luxury standards in taste, presentation, and hygiene
  • Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring effective teamwork and performance
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation, adhering to food safety and HACCP standards
  • Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and assist with stock control and ordering
