What you will do
– Process day-to-day accounting operations across the department.
– Work with Capgemini and purchasing teams to match and verify invoices.
– Monitor and review vendor master changes and complete the vendor change checklist.
– Help prepare manual and weekly vendor payment runs, get appropriate signatures, and file all back-ups.
– Monitor the folio request email address and provide folio copies to guests following the Four Seasons standards.
– Assist the Credit Manager in the invoice preparation process.
– Review accuracy of the Daily Revenue Report and ensure correct classification of all revenues and statistics.
