We are looking for a visionary and inspirational Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of Mandarin Oriental, Luxor. The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary experiences across the resort, ensuring the highest levels of quality, creativity, consistency, hygiene, and guest satisfaction while driving innovation and operational excellence throughout the kitchens.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall culinary strategy and execution across all dining venues, in-room dining, banqueting, outside catering, and future revenue-generating culinary initiatives, while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with Mandarin Oriental’s luxury standards.
