L’Économe assure la gestion, le contrôle et l’optimisation des stocks et des approvisionnements de l’établissement. Il/elle veille à la bonne réception, au stockage et à la distribution des marchandises nécessaires au fonctionnement des différents services, dans le respect des procédures internes, des normes d’hygiène et des objectifs de maîtrise des coûts.
