Sous la responsabilité du Chef de cuisine, le Second de cuisine participe à l’organisation et à la production culinaire de l’établissement. Il veille au respect des standards de qualité, d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire tout en accompagnant l’équipe en cuisine au quotidien.
Il assure la préparation et l’envoi des plats, participe à la gestion des stocks et peut remplacer le Chef en son absence.
