Design and implement daily schedules of activities that are culturally enriching, creative, and age-appropriate
Upervise the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and comply with international safety standards.
Assist in training, scheduling, and motivating the Kids Club team to deliver exceptional service with a “child-first” mindset.
Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, managing registrations, and handling any special requests or feedback with professional empathy.
Enforce strict sign-in/sign-out procedures and health protocols. Ensure all staff are trained in basic first aid and emergency procedures.
Manage inventory of supplies, track attendance data, and assist in budget monitoring for the department.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional international languages is a significant advantage.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Creative flair for developing unique, high-end activities that go beyond standard babysitting.
High energy, patient, nurturing, and a genuine passion for working with children. Must maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
Ability to remain active, stand for long periods, and participate in outdoor and indoor physical activities with children.
