El Gerente de Ventas promociona y vende al mercado asignado en una región geográfica definida o segmento vertical. Generan conciencia hotelera a través de la venta telefónica directa; llamadas de ventas directas, ferias comerciales y grupos de networking. Trabajan en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de ventas y marketing para solicitar, vender y confirmar los negocios necesarios para cumplir con los objetivos de ventas presupuestados. El candidato debe poseer la capacidad de solicitar viajes y crear planes de desarrollo comercial de forma independiente. Esta posición requiere un alto grado de juicio independiente y discreción en la toma de decisiones con una supervisión mínima.
