About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a motivated Guest Services Intern to join the team, starting from September for six months. This role
will support the team with guest transportation, arrivals and departures, including welcoming guests and assisting with luggage, as well as managing errands. The intern will also ensure high standards of cleanliness in guest areas, assist the Reception and Concierge teams, and respond to a wide range of guest requests, delivering a seamless and personalized service experience.
What you will do
Greet guests. Deliver luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure.
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible in an accurate and timely manner.
Assist customers in inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Greet all guests passing through lobby and offer them assistance.
