Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As an Information System Officer / IT Officer, you’re not just providing comprehensive IT support – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Provide exceptional service: Promptly address technology equipment and connectivity service requests to ensure smooth operation of technology infrastructure, IT systems, and cellular services in compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards
- Keep tech equipment running smoothly: Maintain and manage inventory of technology equipment, hardware, software, and related assets
- Perform tech installations: Install, set up, and break down A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel work areas
- Provide end-user training: Offer technical support and training for hardware and software issues
- Handle guest billing: Process equipment and service billing for guests, address internal/external concerns, and authorize necessary billing adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs, routine maintenance, and special service requests for all technology equipment and flag any issues requiring further attention

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
- Proven experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
