About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Purchasing Agent is supporting our purchasing department. The Purchasing Agent reports to the Purchasing Manager.

As Purchasing Agent, you will responsible for the following duties:

• Determination of supply requirements
• Processes purchase requests from departments
• To maintain files of executed and unexecuted orders as well as partial deliveries
• Maintaining and updating materials software
• Receiving of all goods and delivery note checks
• Ensures products and resources are assigned to the appropriate department and billed accordingly
• Point of contact and support for trainees
• Support for preparations of end of month reporting
• To be familiar with import procedures and documentation’s and approaches that may be required from Local Government.
• Ensure physical stock take is conducted as scheduled
