Who We Look For:
The Groundskeeper III position covers limited operations of the groundskeeper position with an expanded role concentrating on task knowledge, equipment operation, and communication. This position requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work with the team as well as work alone, and willingness to want and learn all aspects of golf maintenance. They should be able to work in difficult weather conditions both hot and cold as well as continue to develop their knowledge on course conditions and expectations.
The Groundskeeper III position assists the course maintenance staff in day-to-day operations. Performs daily course maintenance responsibilities to a high level. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Is capable of following instructions as given. Adopt the “culture” of the department in behavior, work ethic, and appearance.
