Job Description
The Guest Service Supervisor position is required to strengthen Front Office operations and ensure consistent delivery of service standards. The role will supervise daily Guest Service Agent operations, handle guest concerns and service recovery, support smooth shift management, and assist the Front Office management team in coaching associates, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and guest complaint handling abilities
• Experience with Front Office systems and hotel management software
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude and professional appearance
