To ensure seamless 24/7 operation of all hotel MEP utilities and systems during the assigned shift. The goal: guests never feel any disruption to electricity, AC, hot water, elevators, etc. The Duty Engineer is the “pilot” of the hotel during nights, weekends, and holidays – the first decision-maker for any emergency or breakdown.
