The Residential Concierge assists in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all residents’ requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices. Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic. 2 years of prior Concierge experience required. Familiarity with hotel or condo/private residence operations a plus but not required.
