•Vendégek érkeztetése és elutaztatása 12 órás éjszakás műszakban
•Napi zárás (night audit) elvégzése
•Másnapi érkezések előkészítése
•Tökéletes vendégélményhez való hozzájárulás
•Bejövő hívások, emailek, foglalások kezelése
•Kapcsolódó adminisztratív és számlázási feladatok ellátása
•Kapcsolattartás más részlegekkel
•Vendégek kiszolgálása a szálloda bárjában
•Rendezett, tiszta munkakörnyezet biztosítása
•A szálloda nyugalmának és biztonságának felügyelete
•Vendégközpontúság
