As a Chef de Partie, you step into the art of refined cuisine at Atelier by Sofitel. You will bring precision, creativity, and passion to your section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting dishes that reflect the elegance, sophistication, and personalised service synonymous with the Sofitel brand. By guiding and mentoring team members, monitoring productivity, and supporting operational excellence, you will help cultivate a kitchen culture defined by professionalism, refinement, and creativity. You are a passionate culinary professional with a Certificate in Commercial Cookery and at least one year of experience in a high-end or fine dining kitchen.
