About the role:
The Bell Captain is responsible for assisting guest with their arrival and departure experience; makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transports guests and hotel packages, faxes, envelopes and parcels. Extends guidance and training to bell persons, working closely with other departments in the hotel to ensure a superior guest experience.
