Who are we looking for…?

Are you passionate about creating memorable first impressions? As a Door Attendant / Bell Attendant, you will be one of the first faces our guests encounter and a true ambassador of The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. Your mission is to deliver a warm, professional, and personalized welcome while ensuring every arrival and departure is seamless and memorable. We are looking for service-driven individuals with exceptional attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to anticipate our guests’ needs in a luxury hospitality environment.

Your responsibilities are…

  • Welcome and bid farewell to guests in a professional, warm, and courteous manner, in line with The Ritz-Carlton standards.
  • Assist guests with their luggage during arrivals, departures, and throughout their stay, ensuring it is handled safely and efficiently.
  • Escort guests to their rooms while introducing the resort’s facilities, services, and amenities.
  • Provide accurate information about the resort, restaurants, facilities, activities, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Concierge, Valet Parking, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle luggage storage, delivery, and collection requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain the lobby, main entrance, and assigned areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Assist with the flow of vehicles at the main entrance and support the valet operation whenever required.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, always striving to exceed expectations.
  • Comply with company policies regarding safety, security, confidentiality, and data protection.

What we expect from you…

  • You have a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience as a Door Attendant, Bell Attendant, or in a guest-facing role within luxury hospitality.
  • You have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a friendly, approachable personality.
  • You are well organized, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues across different departments.
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
