Position Summary:
As our Group & Events Executive at St. Pancras London, it is your responsibility to maximise all opportunities to sell conferences, functions, events and groups within both the corporate and social segments. Actively working to convert incoming leads and working with Sales & Marketing organisation to develop demand-generating initiatives. To act as one point of contact between the client and the hotel at all stages of the booking process from initial enquiry, contracting through to event co-ordination and billing. To communicate in an effective and timely manner all the clients specific requirements to all relevant departments. To lead and manage large-scale events.
