Job Summary:

Ensure the thorough cleaning and upkeep of all public hotel areas, creating a welcoming environment where our international guests feel comfortable and at home.

Carry out general deep-cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.

Adhere to the company’s internal cleaning and hygiene standards at all times.

Check and report the functionality of all technical equipment and lighting fixtures throughout the hotel’s public areas.

Job Qualifications:

A keen eye for cleanliness, order, and hygiene.

Ideally, previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services.

Enjoy working with guests and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Good German language skills for everyday workplace communication.

Availability to work weekends.

Compensation The minimum gross monthly salary for the position of Cleaning Associate (m/f/d) is €1,014.17 based on 20 working hours per week, in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. We naturally reward relevant professional experience and qualifications and offer an attractive salary progression, allowing you to increase your gross monthly salary to €1,300 through corresponding overpayment.
