Requirements:
✅ Extensive experience in Japanese / Nikkei Cuisine is mandatory
✅ GCC experience is essential
✅ Proven background in premium fine dining concepts
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
✅ Expertise in menu creation, food costing, SOP implementation, and kitchen operations
✅ Passion for innovation, consistency, and delivering world-class dining experiences
