Purpose of Position
To assist the Director of Finance in his/her responsibilities in controlling the hotel’s business. To complete duties with a sense of responsibility, commitment and consistently high standards.
Dimensions
To direct and manage the day to day functions of the accounting office; ensuring all areas of accountability are performed within the standards set in the P & P Manual; that good communication and working relationships are maintained between the accounting functions and the hotel; and to actively monitor, assess and advise on standards of performance and working practises.
