Job Description

 

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Conference & Events Sales Manager to lead our events team and drive exceptional outcomes across the resort and Convention Centre.

This is a leadership role combining team development, client relationship management and commercial performance. You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of events, support your team to deliver seamless experiences, and build strong partnerships that drive repeat business and revenue growth.

Working in a high-volume events environment, you’ll bring energy, organisation and a commercial mindset to create memorable experiences for clients while developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the Conference & Events team to achieve service and commercial goals
  • Manage a portfolio of events from confirmation through to completion
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to drive repeat business
  • Maximise revenue through upselling and tailored event solutions
  • Oversee event planning, reporting and forecasting through Delphi
  • Partner with Sales and Operations teams to deliver seamless events
  • Monitor team performance, client feedback and key business outcomes
