The People & Culture Coordinator provides support to the People & Culture department and responds to inquiries in an efficient and courteous manner.

Job Functions:

  • The ability to treat all employees in a friendly and courteous manner: the employees are our guests.
  • The ability to process confidential information without compromising the nature of the material or information.
  • The ability to answer telephone calls (Keeping with the Four Seasons standards), offering information, verifying present/past employment & handling personal calls for employees.
  • The ability to greet applicants and employees and handle all questions in a friendly manner.
  • The ability to process and route incoming and outgoing mail.
  • The ability to process Workday Business processes including but not limited to hiring and terminating employees, processing transfers, and updating data.
  • The ability to generate, distribute and audit monthly reports including birthday & Anniversary, ABBR, deductions, new hire, and termination lists.
  • The ability to maintain the cleanliness of the office and order supplies when necessary, including the operational condition of the area.
  • The ability to update and maintain the hotel’s communication boards.
  • The ability to distribute any literature, forms, prizes, cards, etc. to employees when necessary.
  • The ability to assist in coordinating all employee related functions including Employee & Manager of the Month, Christmas party, children’s party, theme days, picnic, etc.
  • The ability to operate office equipment such as a computer and copy machine.
  • The ability to possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office.
  • The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
  • The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
