What will you do?

• You inspect the public areas to ensure cleanliness and identify any technical defects.
• You promptly handle and follow up on guest requests.
• You support the housekeeping management team in daily operations.
• You ensure that the public area consistently meet quality standards.
• You train and onboard new team members.

You are resilient and enjoy working as part of a large team, where collaboration and adaptability are key. Flexibility and a high sense of responsibility are among your defining qualities. In addition, you possess good German and English language skills and already have experience in this or a similar position.
