F&B Sales Manager

The F&B Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the annual F&B sales strategy; driving restaurant, bar, and social event revenue; generating new business while growing existing accounts; collaborating with Revenue Management on pricing and demand strategies; partnering with Marketing on revenue-generating campaigns; monitoring competitors and identifying market opportunities; building relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local partners; and ensuring sales initiatives maximize both revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in hotel or restaurant sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in luxury or upscale hotels preferred with knowledge & technical skills understanding of hotel and restaurant commercial operations.
  • Knowledge of F&B revenue management, menu pricing, banquet pricing, and promotional planning.
  • Strong experience in restaurants, bars, catering, banquets, and social events.
  • Professional certifications in Sales, Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, or Hospitality are advantageous.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with Delphi, Salesforce, SevenRooms, or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
