The Sales Manager – Catering is responsible for generating and managing catering business by developing new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, social event organizers, and external partners. The role focuses on promoting the hotel’s catering services for both on-site and off-site events, preparing customized proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets. Working closely with Events, Culinary, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams, the Sales Manager ensures exceptional client service and the successful delivery of memorable catering experiences in line with Anantara’s luxury hospitality standards.
