The Sales Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales team, ensuring the smooth coordination of daily sales activities and exceptional service to clients. This role is responsible for preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating client communications, maintaining accurate sales records, and supporting the team in achieving revenue objectives. Working closely with Sales, Events, Reservations, and other operational departments, the Sales Coordinator helps ensure seamless execution of business opportunities while delivering professional, timely, and personalized service in line with Anantara’s luxury hospitality standards.
