About the role
The Cafe Milano Kitchen Demi Chef de Partie plays a key role in supporting the Chef de Partie in the smooth operation of a specific kitchen section. This position is responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, supervising junior kitchen staff, and ensuring full compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. The Demi Chef de Partie also contributes to menu development, training, and maintaining an organized, efficient, and productive kitchen environment.
What you will do
Main Duties/Description:
1. Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific section of the kitchen.
2. Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes, presentation, and quality standards.
3. Supervise and guide Commis I and Commis II assigned to the section.
4. Ensure that all ingredients, supplies, and equipment are properly prepared, stored, and maintained.
