Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking an exceptional Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry operation. This is a rare opportunity for a creative and inspiring culinary leader to shape the pastry vision of one of London’s most prestigious luxury hotels while developing a high performing team and delivering excellence across multiple outlets.
The role
As Executive Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for the leadership, direction, and performance of the pastry department across the hotel.
You will oversee all pastry production, including restaurants, afternoon tea, banqueting, in room dining, amenities, and special events.
