Job Mission:   Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, your main mission will be the management and supervision of the cleaning and maintenance service of the hotel’s common areas and rooms.

What will your main responsibilities be? 

1. Check the day’s arrivals and departures list, verifying the specifications for each (extra bed, amenities, etc.), as well as any updates regarding room changes, unexpected arrivals from the previous day, etc.
2. Distribute the tasks of the department staff, based on the arrival and departure of clients.
3. Check the availability of cleaning materials and replenishment of cleaning products.
4. Check the supply of room linens.
5. Submit the Waitress Control Sheet for your corresponding Zone.
6. Supervise the cleaning of common areas and guest rooms, as well as VIP arrivals.
7. Collaborate with the Head Housekeeper in evaluating the performance of the employees under her supervision.

What are we looking for? 

• 1 year of experience in the position in a hotel of similar characteristics.
• Qualification related to the position.
• Intermediate level English .
• Skills: Teamwork, Leadership, strong customer focus and attention to detail.
